Set up 911 in SRG50

I have read NTP about ESA feature (911) betwee CS 1000M and SRG50, but I get NO ROUTE TO DESTINATION, can anybody help on this. I need to star over in my SRG50 and CS1000M . Any print screen that helps me to set it up step by step please...thanks.

Are you using sip trunks? NRS configured properly? URI maps set properly? Those are a few of the dozen or so things that could be causing the issues.

I'm using SIP trunks, I copy settings of URI Map of Signaling Server to SRG50.
