Set Nightservicehuntgrup from extrenal analog trunk(outsideofthecmpny) 3

?s it possibl eto make it.My customer wants he will call the company and with dialing some digits he will change the status of the hunt grup in service to night service.I know it is possible with creating shortcodes but I couldnt make it from outside.Here is my test:eek:ne shortcode for exmaple 360 at telephone the group number and fetaure setnightservice.It is ok for dialing from another extension this shortcode.Also I make a callflow at VoicemailPro and a menu which you can dial 360.It is Ok again for test from another extension.I dialed the shortcode of call flow of VoicemailPro and then dial 360. so I can change the status of the huntgroup.But when I try to use anallog trunk for outside calls it doesnt work.From incoming call route ? diverted the trunk to the voicemailshortcode.I can hear the anouncements but when I dial 360 it disconnect and I couldnt change the status of hunt group.

Any ideas??
 
Try using an assisted transfer action instead of the normal blind transfer, works when I last tried it.
 
cztech; can you please give me an example for exmaple my hunt group extension is 201.how will I do it by using play configuration menu.At spesicific tab I can only see callers mailbox or mailbox that I can give.

In the play Configuration tab just put 201 as the mailbox. When you dial into the congiuration press 4 then 1 and you are able to change the hunt group status - in, out or night service.
This is a tidier but slower way of changing the state. The transfer method is quick and works but is less reliable and 'user friendly'
 
Before the Play Configuration Menu action (and after the hidden "selector code" coming from the main menu), insert a Menu that will have the options of Timeout (looping back to the same menu), as well as 2??. The 2?? you will link to the Play Configuration Menu.

In the "Entry Prompts" section of this menu (prior to the play config menu), insert the file enu\223.wav from your voicemail WAVS folder. This plays something like "Please key in your extension number" in US English.

After connecting your 2?? from this menu to the Play Configuration Menu, go to the specific tab in the Play Config Menu where you will specify Mailbox: $KEY

This would allow each person that is aware of this ability (you, in particular) to change settings of their own mailbox/extension in addition to the feature you are looking for, which is simply to change the status of the Hunt Group.

Based on the type of mailbox entered (user or hunt group), here are the options withing the Play Config Menu:

For a user:
1. Edit forwarding number.
2. Edit follow me number.
3. Set call forwarding.
4. Set voicemail on/off.
5. Set do not disturb.
6. Edit voicemail code.
7. Edit voicemail reception.
8. Set voicemail email mode.
9. Edit voicemail callback number.


For a hunt group:
1. Set voicemail on/off.
2. Edit voicemail code.
3. Set voicemail email mode.
4. Set service mode.

Can anyone tell me if remote nightservice is possible when the customer does not have VMPRO?

We tryed to create a virtual user that was forwarded to a shortcode like

*80
SethuntgroupNightservice
500 (Groupnumber)

And we linked a external nummer to this virtual user. This does not work. Any idea's??
