Set external number as a name in phone system..?

Hi there, I am using BCM Element manager Version 2.21d.0.

Was just wondering if there is a way to set external numbers as a name in the phone system? Like some sort of phonebook feature... It's just I have a company mobile and I would like it to come up with my name rather than my mobile number (mostly so i dont have to listen to the comapany greeting message everytime i phone someone) cheers,

i add the number and a name in the System Speed dial.

When call come in from a number that doesn't pass NAME display, it displays the entry that I've made in the Speed dial.
