Im trying to capture an image in foxpro but
it always ask me to select default webcam/camera to used.

how to set the default camera used or is it better to disable
the pop up window to select default camera..

thanks in advance

Not to discourage you, I once got this to work on XP with an external webcam, but never with an inbuilt notebook webcam.

Today there is the WIA (Windows Image Aqcuisition) API, there is said to be a 32bit to 64bit bridge automatically starting up when you use the WIA COM classes, but I saw articles stataing WIA code working in XP didn't work in Vista. Now we're at Win7/8/10 things might have changed for the better, I'm just saying you might hit a topic, that needs several solutions to support several OS versions.

Bye, Olaf.
