set backlight off timer on IPO rel 9.1

How to change backlight off timer on IPO rel 9.1
because when I delete ## mark on backlight off and set 2 (as 2 minutes) on 46xxSetting.txt and upload it primary folder on embedded file management and try to reboot ip phone, it does not work.

can you explain details because i don't understand what you mean.
My ip phone Avaya ip1616. it's sucessfull on IPO rel 9.0 but no on IPO 9.1 with way above.

Thanks All, Solved Now.

1. I updated file 46xxsettings.txt with command
BAKLIGHTOFF 2 (remember it's without C letter )

2 then I copy 2 this files to /system/primary on sdcard directory
16xxupdate.txt
46xxsettings.txt

find that file on avaya installation directory ex c:\program files\Avaya\manager

3. reboot ip Phone 1616L, after that the phone will upgrade firmware to "hal1616ual_360A.bin" before upgrade, the bin file is "hal1616ual_350B.bin wait until finish and test.

4. Baklightoff work perfect.
