When trying to send a call from Rightfax through Session Manager through Communication Manager and its TDM Trunks we are encountering an issue with No AAR/ARS route pat/pref not being found. 9 is the FAC we use for ARS and I have placed x's in the number and domain to shield information. Inbound calls work just fine however outbound regardless of how we Adapt the call in Session Manager seem to not be getting ARS treatment. We have tried sending it with +9, 9, 1, and just the 10 digit number. Any thoughts from anyone on what could cause this? Trace is below. CM 5.2 Session Manager 6.1

are you using location-based ARS? this should be looking at the "all" table for routing -- do a
Code:
list ars ana

if there are no entries, that's probably your issue. another useful command is
Code:
li ars rou 1800xxxxxxx

also, check the cor of the session manager trunk group. make sure the frl is high enough to get out of the route pattern (if any) chosen.

We are using location based ARS and do have it set for all locations on the default ARS. The FRL is high enough.
