Session Manager doent sync with SMGR

Hello guys,

i have an issue with synchronization between SM and SMGR 6.2 and get this error , can anyone have an idea how can i fix it ?

I'd just start with FQDN/DNS/NTP validation. Use the hosts file if you have to, but make sure their FQDNs can reach one another, that their time isn't wildly off and that SM isn't newer than SMGR

try the above from kyle , ensure your certs are all up to date and try running initTM -f

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.

also ensure your enrolment password has not expired before running intiTM -f from SM

and the certificaterenewalutility.bin from Avaya, if SMGR's database cert expired (>2 years since renewal or patch) then that'll throw ya for a loop too.
