Service ON

I have created routing service for VoIp fall back dialing. Service is automatic.
When service is on, multiple sets are showing
" Service ON " at all times.

Any ideas why????

In fallback what you will call the normal mode is actually a service mode. The system will be in a service mode until the circuit goes down and it goes into fallback and at that time it is in normal mode.

It has to do with the Control Set. One telephone will display at all times, unavoidable.

I know it should display on the control set only.
I have about 10-15 sets displaying " Service ON "

Is it all patched up? Have you tried a reboot?

Do you have multiple control sets? You can assign 1 control set per phone and line. Do you have a different control set for certain phones?
