Hi. I have a Windows NT 4.0 PC with SP6. Every time the PC is booted up, I receive the error message "At least one service or driver failed during system startup". In Event Viewer, the Appication Log says "The description for Event ID (5000) in Source (NT DIAG) could not be found. It contains the following insertion string(s)". It doesn't say anything else and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. That is a handy site but unfortunately, there were no matches for Event ID (5000) with a souce (NT DIAG). There were explanations for the 5000 but none with source NT DIAG. Thanks.
