Server edition 9.1.6, got this system setup in our office and VM work fine, got it out to the customers site and now VM is not working. It does say the service is running but when you press the VM button on the phone it says "voicemail not running" and when you enter *17 is says "unobtainable". We took the system off the customers network, connected to a small hub and still had the same issue. Licenses are still saying valid and the VMPro service is running and we can't log into the VMpro either, I'm stumped at what to look at here.

What does System Status say?

is there a connection error?
License error?

System status says Voicemail Type = None(should say VMpro) Server status = Active it also says 12 available channels

All licenses are valid

No ip addresses were changed from when we had it working to when we brought it to the customers site

Did you change the voicemail password in security settings and make it match in the voicemail?

ACSS - SME
APSS - SME
APDS - Unified Communications
ACS - IP Telephony
ACA - IP Telephony

Ok we rebooted the server and did a crtl S to look at the setup, nothing looked out of order so we continued with the reboot, now VMpro is working for some unknow reason but we still can't access the client it keeps saying invalid user or password. Changed the passwords but still can't access the client

If your PC is running Windows 7 then upgrade VMPro to 9.1.7 as there is a bug in 9.1.6 and lower which is fixed in 9.1.7:
IPOFFICE-107541 VMPro client authentication "Invalid user/password" on Windows 7

Upgraded to 9.1.7,working now pink for both of ya

Still am a little worried on why VMpro all of a sudden started to work again, makes me a little afraid to have to reboot the system for anything
