Server Edition Primary and Secondary server VM fallback

Dear all,

i had a situation that when the primary server shutdown or unplug the Ethernet cable, IP Phone 96xx success to transfer to second server and show the R icon on the display but press the envelope button can`t access to VM on Second server only the ringback tone.i have checked the synchronize between 2 voicemail is ok. Also separate to test the VM is Primary can access to both VM but Secondary can`t access instead.anyone also had this experiences??

I had a problem a while ago where the voicemail service was stoppen but our incoming calls through modules kept working fine.
I cannot recall that i tried to use visual voice.
I know that even recorded calls where in the VRL folder of the secondary VM.
