Hi
I have to install a IPO Server Edition (R620). The system is composed by two servers (primary and secondary) in two sites, each site beyond the server has one control unit , because they have Digital trunks and analog stations. I have the SID from the primary server that has 40 characters . The question is: Will all license be installed in server edition ou I must ask license for control unit because of digital trunk license?

It's escrowed in IPO product description which licenses are centralized and which have to be ordered for a single system.

I just read now that it's depend of type de license. For T1/E1 Channels the license must be installed in ipo control unit v2. So, must I used the SO for many SID?

I have this same scenario: Primary, Secondary, PRI expansion.

All endpoint, reception, voicemail pro, server edition licenses for expansions go on the primary

If you have a PRI expansion, the PRI channel licenses goes on the IP500 that IS the expansion module. But the server edition license for that expansion to work has to live on the primary.

As far as I know has receptionist license to reside on the same control unit the receptionist is configured at. In most cases it will be the primary server.
