Server Edition 9.1 site to site calling

Hey Folks.

I've got a customer with a dozen sites all with digital sets hanging off a 500v2 (with local PRI too). The issue is with the Windsor site.

Windsor has 21xx series extension numbers, Toronto has 16xx series, and the others locations are 10xx, 11xx, 12xx etc. up to 22xx.

My problem child shows extensions from all sites except Toronto in the contacts on the 9500 phones and get "incompatible" when trying to call one of those 16xx extensions.
Windsor can call any site using 4 digit extension numbers except Toronto.

I've tried a reboot of both systems (IT troubleshooting 101) and no joy.
I've checked for conflicts in short codes even though extension numbers should override, but there is nothing there.
All the other sites can call Toronto and those extensions show in the contacts list.

Anyone here have any suggestions?

Try setting the transport type to Websocket client in Windsor and Toronto to Websocket server.
It's in the line settings on the IP Office line.
