Server edition 9.1.7 Phone license issue

Hello,

I have configured 1 primary server with all licences and phone, One-X, Office worked worked fine but I configured a new IPO (Expansion).

The new IPO took its licence of server and worked fine, so, I configured some phones and they are registered in enpansion (IPO) but when I try to use 1 of IPO extension, I have "Unlicensed phone". I have 170 endpoint licenses available in the primary server.

Server has assigned 192.168.50.60 and new IPO 192.168.50.59, some phones are registered to server and some phones are registered to IPO, so I configured users and extensions in the primary server and expansion (IPO).

Can someone help me?

How many licenses are in use? SSA on primary server has a view called network licenses that will show you how many licenses are consumed by which node.
Also be aware that in server edition every configured h323 extension will consume a license regardless if a phone is registered or not.

Hello,
Licenses in use 100 and Available licenses 70.

I have all phone licenses in the primary server and I configured some users and extensions in the primary (main branch) and some users and extension in the expansion (other floor), so IPO (expansion) should take phone licenses of server.

What exactly do you expect? A system that allows 100 extensions even if on,y 70 are licensed? Read through my last post again and check for configured but unused extensions.

Derfloh, he has 170 licences according to the first post, 100 in use and 70 should therefore be available.
