Hi, I have a IP office 500 v2, release 7. I have route 0, to terminate at extension 201, after 4 rings, outside calls will be answered by 201 mailbox, If I progranm a DND and send all calls button, Press ether button, internal calls go immediately, but external calls still ring 4 times before being answered by 201 mailbox. What Button or setting do I have to program to make outside calls go immedately to 201 mailbox? Thanks!
