send message to all extension

is there any feature or short code to open speaker to all extension and broadcast message to those extensions

Yes
It’s called PAGE.

You need to set up a group with the extns you want to page in it.

Creat a short code with paging and enter the group number.

I tried to create group and added all extensions as members to this group and make short code with dial paging feature , but when dial short code the phone not allow me to complete a code
and when dial group number all extension is ringing but if any user answer the other extensions not hear anything

pls refer to attached file and advise me accordingly

I tried to dial short code *500 but getting message incomplete and system deny me to dial anything

please advise me to achieve this task ,Is there misconfigure in the settings that I haven't add it?

Glad you got it sorted.

What stopped it from working ..just for others who may need info on how to do this.

I added short code under programing button then press button instead of dial short code this worked for me
