send caller number on external diversion

We have an IPO500 V2 7.0(36) with a SIP trunk.
The customer want to see the caller's number when they use external diversion. Now they see their own phone number.
Does the IPO need an upgrade for this, or is it possible in 7.0 ? If it should be possible in this version, what do i need to programm for this to work?

SIP trunks have a Send Caller ID setting. Set this to Diversion Header. Then make sure CLI Flexibility or equivalent is active at the providers end.
