Send a call to VM

What button would I program to forward selected calls to voicemail? Users frequently receive calls that they would rather not take at that moment but don't want to be in a Send All Calls situation but based on the caller selectively send it to VM. I wouldn't want it to be a permanent send all calls but just for that particular call.

We just hit the "Send All Calls" button and press it again right away to deactivate it.

Use the Transfer to Audix feature, you must first findout what extension in Voicemail Hunt group is designeated as the transfer extension, usually either the last extension or 2nd to last extension.

Transfer call to transfer extension, then dial extension of voicemail for the extension being transfered that should allow it to go direct to their VM box
