Hi all,

I have problem concerning subforms. I have a form with a subform with multiple records. What I want is that you can select one or more records in the subform and that you push a button so that the selected records are dropped in a new table. I'll use that table to create a Word doc with merging. Does anybody have an idea how I can manage this(the dropping into a new table part ;-)?
thanks in advance

Have you tried using a DAO.recordset? I would think you could transfer the data that way, or possibly more efficiently with SQL code (a query).

Maybe a Make Table Query?
