Segmentation Fault

We are facing the following problem in our Unixware 7.1.0 server:-

When the server boots, it gives the following messages:-

Loading Filters...........
segmentation fault

After this it boots normally. This server was working fine till a few days back when this message started coming.WE have a similar server from which we swapped the motherboard, CPU (P-III 500MHz) and RAM also, but no result came.
The machine is Acer Altos 1100E.

Ocassionally we have started getting coredumps also after this message has started coming.

Can someone help in solving the above problem ?
