Hi gents,

I'm After 3 unsuccessful logon attempt via serial, I'm getting the message bellow...what would be the best way according to you to unlock it ?

LOGON REJECT
SECURITY PROTECTION ON
LOGGED OFF

Many thanks for your help !

There is no way!

wait for half an hour, it will get automatically release the protection

Hi Monrovia,

thanks a lot it worked fine after waiting 30 minutes, I succeed to login on with the right passwd !

Now I've got another issue to address:

Actually this PBX is installed on a ship, and I just replaced the VSAT (satellite link) system that provides us both data and voice. All is working okay for data network, but as we changed the provider we also receive new phone numbers and the demux offers me 8 analog phone lines (identical two previous config) on those 8 lines 6 are direct and 2 are prepaid.

After removing the old equipment I plugged back the 8 lines to PBX and I'm able to place outgoing calls but first it randomly falls on the prepaid lines. Also I'm not able to make incoming calls from the outside (ie when I try to call one of our attributed phone numbers, it rings one time then hangup) like if the PBX did not know where to switch the incoming call...I'm a pure IT and network and I've got only a very reduced knowledge in telephony systems, but I can give any needed informations, can take all pictures needed.

Thanks again for all the help you could provide.

You can log on via another serial or telnet port and restart TWP3 in lim 1, this allow you to log on again and not wait for time out, for future reference, it is safe to do this.

best parnum

yes, as parnum said you can use the other serial ports of NIU, if it is not configured for other services like CIL, etc.

your second problem,

check RODNP for that trunk route

hi
if you have more than one terminal for programming
try to log in using the free terminal
and gives this command
RFPUI:UNIT=TSWP2,LIM=1;/if IPU exist/
RFPUI:UNIT=TSWP3,LIM=1;/if NIU exist/
