Second Diatl Tone has stopped after setting up ouotgoing caller ID number

IP Office V2 500 7.0. I set up two users so that their personal DID numbers would be displayed on outgoing calls. I programmed their Short Codes as follows for the PRI and their second dial tone is no longer there but the call will still go thru if they continue dialing

This did not work and there still is no second dial tone. I read a post that said to program the shortcode this way:

You are bypassing ARS, that's why you have no secondary dial tone :)

 
Thanks, I thought I was going thru ARS. Is there a solution to get the second dial tone back but still send the outgoing caller ID number
 
Send the call through ARS, as long as you aren't forcibly sending something else there :)

 
Do you have detailed instructions for setting this up?
 
Copy and paste the existing ARS table. On the new one, add your s3052612233 to the end of each dial string. On the user, give them a User Shout Code 9N/Dial/N/51 or whatever the new ARS table is.
