Second Call Ringing Interrupts Audio on Current Call

We upgraded to CM 8 a couple of months ago. Since then we have noticed, in a very big way, that when you are on a call and a second call rings in the audio on the current calls is dropping for a second or two each time the second call rings. So the first call sounds like a bad cell call with the audio cutting in and out. The only thing you can do is press ignore or send all calls to push the second call to stop ringing. I know this did not happen before we upgraded. I have checked every thing programmable in the switch, the settings file, searched the internet and can find nothing that seems to control this. My customers are eating me alive because this is happening, especially our Customer Service group. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!
 
1 thing is make sure on page 2 of station form that it is selected for single ring and not continuous ring. I also would schedule a reboot of cm if possible.
 
Everyone is single ring. The system has been rebooted since we upgraded, but I will reboot over the weekend to see if it makes a difference. Thank you for responding.
