We upgraded to CM 8 a couple of months ago. Since then we have noticed, in a very big way, that when you are on a call and a second call rings in the audio on the current calls is dropping for a second or two each time the second call rings. So the first call sounds like a bad cell call with the audio cutting in and out. The only thing you can do is press ignore or send all calls to push the second call to stop ringing. I know this did not happen before we upgraded. I have checked every thing programmable in the switch, the settings file, searched the internet and can find nothing that seems to control this. My customers are eating me alive because this is happening, especially our Customer Service group. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!
