SDM is not listed in SMGR Services menu after upgrading from 8.1.0 to 8.1.3

Is there any way to install SDM client back on SMGR services menu? I searched and found avaya solution article mentioning this issue is related to data corruption after patching SMGR and Avaya should access to manually redeploy SMGR menu through CLI. Unfortunately I don't have a professional service to open a new SR now, is there any alternative solutions?
Note: I can install SDM client on PC and it's working properly.
 
weird. I had other issues upgrading, but mostly related to importing data into 8.1.1

Maybe rollback and go through 8.1.1, 8.1.2 and then 8.1.3? You're not supposed to have to, but either it'll work, or you'll know at what point it broke. If you can't upgrade to any of those SPs directly without losing SDM, then something was broken in your 8.1.0 SDM.

I may schedule this rollback and upgrade activities soon and check if that would help!
