SCN user and voicemail issues

Hi guys,

We have an SCN on an MPLS circuit with 5 ip office 500's all running 5.0.18 and VM Pro on correct version not looking and cant remeber the number of the top of my head but iv checked before and it is correct.

All the users hotdesk around the sites alot for example one user may be programmed on c but works alot at d.

The issues they are having is that a user trys to log in it accepts then kicks them straight back off.

the hot desk users all have a different extension range from the base extn so its not because they are already linked with a phone.

they also seem to have an issues were a user can collect voicemail if at the site they are programmed on but not on a remote site.

All trunks are up all SCN is up. most users work fine. I have recreated users and doesnt seem to make a difference but it isnt always the same users.

Any ideas anyone. because i really dont want to have this ticket in my queue any more.

How have you configured the voicemail for the 4 remote offices?

One of these days everything will work as it should, and then we'll all be out of a job!

firstly bring the switches up to latest rel 5 - there were several SCN issues though the ages.

is VM set up as centralised?

please confirm if you have one voicemail pro or Voicemail pro at each site?

Computers are like Air conditioners:-
Both stop working when you open Windows

one VMPro and set up as central for remote sites and lite/pro for main.

Think it will have to be upgrade but was trying to avoide as they hate down time
