SCN Problem

I have 3 IP 500 systems connected thru an SCN.
I can log into all sites from the main site, but the calling between each site does not work. was working for 2 weeks, now, when i look in monitor, under scn thery are down?

any thoughts would help

The IT company did a firmware upgrade of the firewalls..... happened to me some times.
