After upgrading a customer with 2 sites from 3.2.53 to 4.0.10 we have some strange problems.
On both locations we use IPO406, VCM4, and the same software. The problem is when we reboot site A, it is not possible to call site B by SCN. When we reboot Site B it is not possible to call Site A by SCN.
The same problem for Phonemanager (Lite). Site A can see all users of Site B after reboot of Site B, but site B can not see the users on site A in the phonemanager. And also the other way around.
We checked the complete config, it was working fine under 3.2 but we have no idea what causes these problems.
