scn not showing links in manager 4

Hi All.

Quick question.

I have 5 ip offices running 11.0.4.2 build 58 with SCN's between them.

Before upgrading I could see the offices SCN'd, but after the upgrade, the offices show as stand alone, even though the SCN is working fine.

To test I scn'd two ip offices I have in the office together, and they show the same thing.

Has anyone else run into this? Did you find a solution. I have opened a ticket with Avaya, so if they get back to me before you folks, I'll post the answer here.

Did you tick SCN when opening Manager so as they all open.
 
Hi Sorry it took so long to get back... busy busy busy...

I spoke with Avaya, and it looks like it is an "undocumented feature"... bug.
My ticket apparently is going upstairs to Level 4.

When I hear something back, I'll let you know.

Just heard back on my ticket.

There has been a critical patch created. The Avaya tech will be sending it to me, and I will ask if it is ok to share, or whether I can share it via tek-tips...

Do you know the patch number? I have a case open with Avaya but the engineer hasnt heard of a patch.
 
Hi All.

Just got the patch from Avaya. They said that they need users to open a ticket to get the patch.
You can refer to SOLN348463
The patch is 11.0.4.2.21 build 1
I have an old 4 Gig SD card, so I've run out of space, but my cohort put it on his ok.

Update: Rebuilt my SD card and now have enough space to upload the patch.

Loaded ok... now I have to test. Will advise.

Update: patch was applied, and now I see another patched test system.

If anyone else is having this problem, this looks to be the cure.
