I have a SE in london and a gateway in the US. SCN is saying its up but I cant dial site to site or voicemail. IN SSA its saying no response to IP trunk.
Its on an MPLS network so no ports should be getting blocked
Have you done basic network troubleshooting? Does ping work? You can still have ports blocked on MPLS. What does monitor show? Is the IPO configured correctly? How is the IP line setup?
