I looked for something like this before I posted, I found issues but nothing like mine. So here goes....
I have 4 sites that all use IP Office 500 V2. We have SCN setup between them that works most of the time. The main office never has a problem dialing out tho the other three office's at all, almost ever! However at least once a week the other three offices are unable to dial the main office. The information comes up on their screen but they get a "busy" tone and a message that says busy. It also happens to them if they try each other. A reboot of the system resolves the issue, but doing that at night doesn't fix the problem during the day. The main system is doing everything via the Lan1 port, the rest are routed back to the main office via the Lan2 (WAN) port.
The main office has the routing tables to the others, I think the issue is a Network one. I also believe that if the remote office's loose their connection to the Main office it doesn't reconnect untill a reboot. Should I move all the SCN Traffic to the LAN1? is there anything I can do?
Thanks bunches,
Rich
