Hi All,

Hope you can help me with the following scenario,

I am going to have two IP500v2 in two different floors in a building, with a SIP and PRI on both, each backing each other up in a failure scenario. My question is, in a normal sceanrio, bith systems working correctly, will system A be able to use system B's trunks, and vice versa, if all trunk are busy on the local system you are trying to call out from? I am thinking i could do something on ARS, with the IP line second to the PRI, so if all channels busy on the PRI, call goes across the IP line, and breaks out from that systems PRI?

Thanks in advance.

Sure you can.
It needs a bit of programming but it can be done.

Hi
I´m new in this voip technologies. This is the scenario:
I have a customer with 2 ip office in different cities.
IPO A has 6 sales agents and IPO B has other 6 sales agents.
They want IPO A as fallback of IPO B in case of IPO B failure and that the agents of IPO B can reach the fallback IPO A.
How can I do this?
I appreciate your time
