Is there a way to force a SCN member to re-download the SCN extension directory aside from restarting it? We have one SCN member that only sees 6 or 7 extensions from another SCN member and it should be seeing about 70 from that site. There are no extension number conflicts but I'd rather not have to restart the site. This is R9.0

Delete SCN line and readd it again. Works without reboot.

Well, it seems that one can remove it and merge without issue, but it doesn't actually function if you re-add it and merge.
