SCN, calling party number from remote site incorrect

All,

I have a 406 and a 403 linked together with a point to point T1 using a voip line. I have one PRI at the 406 site for inbound and outbound bound calls on both systems. When Calling out from the 406 site the outbound caller ID is fine. When calling from the 403 site I cannot get the outbound caller ID to show the users DID number.Both systems have been upgraded to 3.0.59. Any suggestions?

On the 406 (Pri Site)
SC- [9]XXXXXXXXXX
TN- Ns281555e
FT- Dial3K1
LG- 0

On the 403 (Remote Site)
SC- [9]XXXXXXXXXX
TN- 9N
FT- Dial
LG- 10

What number does monitor show?

Add the following SC in the VoIP line on the 406 (Pri Site)
SC = 9N
Tn = Ns281555e
FT = dial
LG = 0

Hope this works.
