All, Why would some calls from branch site(s) via an Small Community Network give "dead air' while being dialed?
I have a three component IP406 customer that is experiencing this issue. The customer has an ISDN-PRI circuit at the Main Site (IP406V1: 3.2(57)). Branch A (IP406V2: 3.2(57)) and Branch B (IP406V2: 3.2(57))use the ISDN-PRI for all external calls. Do not get me wrong... Callas do go out, but some calls just DO NOT provided ring. These calls are primarily cell phone end-points, but some are home phone numbers.
Does the IP Office component(s) provide ANY control of this scenario?
