I have a new customer with 6 locations and 2 PRIs (1 at loacation 1 and one another at location 5) Location 5 has a metro calling plan that they want all branches to be able to use. So certain area codes and prefixes need to route through location 5 instead of 1. Before I started entering 30 pages worth of area codes and prefixes I want to make sure I was headed down the correct road. By default all calls go through location 1 PRI (except when dialing a certain area code prefix). Using ARS, can I enter all of these area codes/prefixes into location 1 and all of the other branches will follow that ARS or do I have to enter all of that information in each branch telling it to use location 5 instead of 1. I am hoping I can just enter the information in location 1 and then when calls use the IP Line to location 1 the ARS then sends it out the IP Line to location 5 using that PRI.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

If all the systems pass the external calls through system 1 then you can indeed just use system 1's system shortcodes and ARS to route the calls accordingly :)

I've just bought a brand new car and on the way out of the dealership the engine seized, they want £2000 paid in advance to look at it which they will keep if they can find a way to blame me for it......Remind you of anything :)
