Good day everyone. This is a case where Avaya says ""i did not support this or that"", and I come to ask people who have a real experience of day to day with the system:

With UC module v2, it is possible to chat via one-x portal to 12 sites that are connected via SCN? the number of user with power user license is 25 among all sites. It is supported?
setting is IP office 500 v2, 9.1.5.0

No. The UCM manual says 6 sites and 200 users if using the UCM for one-X Portal.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

@sizbut
200 users if not using 1XP and 50 users when using 1XP.

Ok, thats very clear, only 6 sites on SCN
then for communicationg 12 sites, we need (2) ucm.
then all the sites can communicate beetween sites?

No, you need a single Linux or Windows based server running 1XP.

@derfloh No. Go read the document. The 50 is active (logged in) one-X sessions. The 200 is users (logged in or not).

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Oh... Then I'm sorry for that misinformation.

But to be honest I don't want to sell UCM to customers with more than 30 users.

Or no users, we only have complaints lately on One-X portal, especially with the embedded browser in the CallAssistant.
Screen updates is the biggest problem, calls showing on screen which are transferred, IM Icons staying red wle the user is free and stuff like that.

Avaya, stop using non supported freeware for professional applications!
