I need an assistance to solve this ?

Thanks and Reqards

If you configured you SCN line correct you should not need to have these short codes. You can dial users and hunt groups the same way is if they were in one system.

Check SCN Status with SSA in your line 17.

Yes, you do!
It's called a BP, pretty common world wide.

Kind regards

Traffic is being blocked or just getting lost :)

Hi ...

last thing, what should I tell the IT to do to solve this problem ?

Thanks and Regards.

If they know what they're doing they can trace it, see what's being blocked and fix it. It's not up to you to work out what's wrong and then detail the steps required to fix an issue their equipment is causing.... :)
