SCH 1214 ERROR

I have two identical phones I am building, but the second one is getting the following error:

CLS Response: DPUA FBD FITD MWA NI Error Code: SCH1214
(SCH1214)

Any help would be appreciated.

It appears you are trying to make the set change with Telephony Manager. It may be that the feature list in TM is not synced with the switch.
Have you tried using the command line?
 
No, I do all my changes through Telephony Manager. I am doing a bunch of them - this is the only phone not going through, which is why I am stumped.
 
I vaguely recall having this problem with TM. There may be a TM patch to fix it but if I remember, I got around it by going into the TM site customer features and unchecking the VMBA feature.
Another option might be to turn off the validation function in TM.
Otherwise, you will have to make the change from the command line.
 
Thanks. I will try that. It is validating fine, so I will try turning off the feature first.
