Hi all,

I have searched the forums in vain for a complete solution to this. Apologies if this belongs in the "Reports" forum...

I have installed a PDF Printer called CutePDF. Very simple to use - select as the printer, then browse and name file then "print". Saves PDF file perfectly. What I want to do is run this automatically on a command button without any dialogue boxes. Path and filename can be defined easily in code. Can anyone help me with the actual "print" command to print to my "printer" and pass the path information?

Thanks,

Jason

Have you considered setting the report to use a specific printer, that is, the PDF printer, and then using DoCmd.Print in the normal way? It is also possible that CuteFTP offers some code that allows you to set the Default Printer to the PDF printer.
