No, and the password is not recoverable. You need to recreate all your users and companies in a brand new system manager installation. In other words, you install the system manager on a new computer, pointing to a new SharedData folder, then copy the SITE folder from the new to the old, and recreate your users and companies.
1. Install system manager on a new computer that doesn't have Accpac on it, pointing to empty folders.
2. All you need is system manager, no other modules, and you don't care about licenses or activation codes
3. Rename the old SITE folder
4. Copy the new SITE folder to the old location
5. Run Database Setup (password is now admin/admin), and point to your databases
6. Login and recreate your users
Nope, the activation remains valid. But I think you're missing a point.... you need to install System Manager on a computer where Accpac has never been installed.
Uninstalling and reinstalling SM is not going to get you anywhere. You need to do a fresh install so that new files are created in the SITE folder.
