I'd like to inform you of our platform to figure out the suitable solution for my problem. I've G650 MG with one IPSI card and S8400 MP.
The System is functioning properly with the current translations though I've no superuser access on the system for change requests .My dadmin user has no privilege to configure the system.

As a result,I decide to reinstall the CM but unfortunately the S8400 didn't boot from the external DVD driver though i use more than one driver and dvd. The CM 5.2 dvd is bootable and installed on the other S8300 LSP.

Are there any connections or pre-config commands for the S8400 or (G650+IPSI) specifically.I'd like to know if there's any solution for re-installtion process without avaya support interference with init user or there's no other way.

Old info from the install doc:
03-300678
Release 5.2
May 2009
Issue 4
The Microsoft Telnet application might be set to send a carriage return (CR) and a line feed (LF)
whenever you press Enter. The Communication Manager installation program sees this as two
separate key presses. If you are running Windows 2000 or Windows XP, you must correct this
setting before you copy the Remaster Program to the solid state disk (SDD).
1. Click Start > Run to open the Run dialog box.
2. Type telnet and press Enter to open a Microsoft Telnet session.
3. Type unset crlf and press Enter.
4. Type display and press Enter to verify that you see the message Line feed mode -
Causes return key to send CR.
5. Type q and press Enter to exit the telnet session.

Your probably not using Windows 2000 or XP are you?

I don't think the windows is the problem as both xp and 7 professional are used with no response except the login window appearance and no boot process initialized.

So what would be the reason for this issue ,the PBX can't be accessed besides it can't be reinstalled.

There are three external USB CD/DVD-ROM drives that support the S8400 Servers:
Panasonic Digistor 73082 or 73322
TEAC
Addonics
Are you using one of these drives?

Guess this would be the problem though it would be a madness of Avaya to force me purchase one of those drivers.
I know that the Installing Avaya S8400 Server(03-300678)document stated those drivers as a recommendations at 2008 ,but shall I purchase one of them at 2014 to solve a regular bootable reinstallation process ?!! .

Only if you want to boot of the CD/DVD. They only have drivers that work with certain drives, not just any CD/DVD USB drive will work.

Is there any other way for booting the CM 5.2 ,could bootable USB fix the issue even it isn't recommended at all and used to fail with S8300 as I tried .

TN8400AP Server circuit pack
The TN8400 Server circuit pack is the platform for an S8400 Server, which is a
Linux-based server that occupies a single slot on a standard TN carrier. The
S8400 Server provides Communication Manager processing functions in stand-alone,
single port network telephony systems requiring up to 500 stations.
For information on the S8400 Server and TN8400 Server circuit pack, see Avaya
S8400 Server on page 41.

TN8400BP circuit pack
The TN8400BP is the newest version of the TN8400 family of TN form factor
servers. It uses the same processors as the TN8400AP and supports the same
external interfaces as the TN8400AP.

The TN8400BP circuit pack will support any Communication Manager applications
beginning with Communication Manager Release 4.0.3 and later.

The primary differences between the TN8400AP and the TN8400BP are:
Both hard drives are functionally equivalent. However, each type requires its
own special software driver. The drivers which communicate with the TN8400BP
SATA disk drive are not included on the installation CDs for Communication
Manager releases prior to Communication Manager Release 4.0.3. The lack of these
drivers makes it impossible to format the SATA disk and install the earlier
versions of Communication Manager on the TN8400BP circuit pack.

This limitation requires that a failed TN8400AP circuit pack be replaced with a
TN8400AP circuit pack.

Note: The TN8400AP can be upgraded to have equivalent support of the TN8400BP if
you use the memory upgrade kit (material code 218452).

Circuit Pack DRAM SSD Hard Drive

TN8400AP 512 MB 2 GB Older style ATA (IDE) Hard Drive
TN8400BP 1 GB 4 GB Serial ATA (SATA) Hard Drive
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Communication Manager Release 3.1, S8400 server:
In its initial release the TN8400 supports only the port network in which it
resides. It does not support any EPNs and therefore the CMC, G600 and G650
Media Gateway quantities listed for the S8400 under EPNs are listed as NA.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
S8400, RoHS compliant platform introduced in Communication Manager R3.1 :
capacities are primarily based on the G3CSI platform; see the S8400 column in
this table for details. It can be housed in G650, G600, and the CMC cabinet.
G600 and CMC are supported only with migrations to S8400, and S8400 on G650 is
supported for new installs. The rest of the gateways are remote gateways only,
for example H.323 and H.248 gateways. S8400 also supports a Processor Ethernet
(PE). CLANs and PE can coexist on an S8400. For the SIP solution, SES can
connect over a C-LAN or a PE.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The S8400 trunk maximum of 400 limits the number of available PRI interfaces.
The SIP Trunk software maximum for the S8400 was reduced from 450 to 400 to
bring it in line with the SIP Trunk Offer Maximum for the S8400. This change
was implemented to conserve DRAM.
