Hi-

I've searched the forum and can't find any post related to adding a "new" route-pattern?
Anyone help us?
Thx.

Hi-

I'd like to create a new route - if needed.
We have an Avaya Phone user that needs to call out to a cell phone that is not working with the current route/ARS.
Get a recording that states "Your call cannot be completed as dialed - please hang up and try your call again or contact customer service...0414.." (repeats)

you don't really 'add' new route patterns. you need to find an unused one (list route) and then change it

regards

frank

Ok - a bit confusing since we have these odd numbers:

36
100
200
201

How are they created or where do they come from in that table?
Thx.

-Scott

Thanks - got it.
I can just enter ch route-pattern <num> --> Press F5(help) - up to 254.
