S201 Speakerphone with 7410

I have the S201 speakerphone add on plugged into the speaker jack of the phone set(7410), but I get no power to the speakerphone. The wall adapter that I have is what I assume gives the S201 the power, but it is an Rj11 sized receptacle and the phone and S201 have RJ45 sized plugs?
Am I missing something?

The speaker needs power. I believe the line cord of the phone goes to the splitter plug via RJ45, then a keyed RJ11 plugs from the splitter to the power transformer that plugs into the wall. The splitter itself is plugged into the wall telco jack.

The 'splitter' mentioned above is a 400B2 Adapter that takes RJ11 pins 2 and 5 in the bottom jack and present them as power on RJ45 top jack pins 7 and 8.
