Routing to old voicemail 1

Hi

I've just deleted an old user and reassigned the extension to a new user but for some reason the voicemail message is still the old one. We have created a new voicemail message for the new user but it still routes to the old one. Any ideas?

The phone system is Avaya IP 406 DS

Is the username still the same?
Any special programming on the user in VM Pro?

Hi

I deleted the user completely and the new username is different, the only thing that i have carried over is the extension. Everything else is standard.
 
re-record the greeting


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
