A year ago, I would have been stunned by the fact that there even exists a conflict, due to the simple fact that one is incoming and other is outgoing.....however....oh well.
I actually waited on the target line programming, just for that reason....turns out it didn't matter.
I considered a different number of digits, but it would have been MUCH easier for me to simply have the ported numbers(all begin with 9)have DNIS on them. I requested that this morning and you would have thought I asked them to sit naked in the parking lot. Not only are they acting as if it can't be done, but now they are telling me that there is a re-occurring charge each month to have the numbers sent to me differently. I have requested this at least 10 times in 10 years and never had such a struggle. Given all that, I just continued the programming and set the dial out code to 7. It was too late in the game when I realized the snafu. I appreciate everyone's input. I'm sure I'll need you more soon, as we are installing the 400 thursday and they need it voip to a 50 soon, and I have never done that. Thanks again ....wish me luck!
