Hi all,
I am stumped trying to figure out the best way to set up my breakout/operator routing. We don't have a full time operator/receptionist, so we need a special way to route calls that go into voicemail and come out when the caller presses "0".
The way we'd like it to work is to first try the part-time operator. If she doesn't pick up, or if she has set herself to send all calls (or possibly night mode if that helps), then the calls are sent to a separate hunt group. The calls need to then follow the rules of this separate hunt group. That's where I get stuck. The calls do go to this separate hunt group, but if they don't pick up the calls just ring and ring instead of going down that hunt group's fallback setup.
Is there any way to remedy this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
FYI - I am running IP Office 3.2.55.
Thanks!
