i was getting a message about voicmail being full. I tried to purge my ext as a test. now it says my mailbox is protected and I cannot check it or enter my password. i am guessing I did something wrong. i was going off instructions from previous PBX admion. function: profile Action: purge ext.. my number.
any tips? how do I clear out messages from old extensions that are taking up space on the server?
how do I get my VM to be back to operational on my ext?
