I have a phone that does not roll over correctly. I know it is something simple, but I cannot figure it out.
I have EFD set to 5577, but when I call the phone from a cell and let it ring it rolls to 5350. Why does it do this?

I don't see Class of Service Roll Over Allowed, or the Roll Over key.

That's because Dogs roll over. Why not start calling features by their name so there is no question if you mean Hunt, Call Forward, Forward No Answer, External Hunt, External Forward No Answer or the other 5 or so things "roll over" might mean.

Some phone in the mix, which we can't see is probably Call Forwarded to 5350

Go to LD 21 and print your RDR data. See what your FNAT, FNAD, and FNAL are set to.

I bet your FNAD, FNAT and FNAL are set to HUNT instead of FDN.
