RNR on extension

Does anyone know how to remove a RNR divert from an extensiion. The extension had a forward on it which i did take off but the RNR is still there. Switchboard could not remove it either.

How do you know it is RNR diverted - What have you tried so far to remove it?

It says RNR when you LEX it. I have found a code to take RNR off so i will try that and post back if it works.

If the RNR divert is set via MMi, "RFD extn n" to cancel it.
If it is set from the handset, "##0*" or "#0**extn" from the console.
