Feature 871 on reception set (221)denied in admin

denied in admin usually means that the phone you are trying to activate from is not the control set.

Where do i find the control set?

Have a similar issue with VM on a MICS...where 221 gets denied in admi9n when it tries to get its voice mail.

Look in Common Settings under Services. That is where you can set the control set for the line and sets.
